While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt.
The product must keep all original accessories and packaging. In no case will a product that is poorly packaged or different from the original, incomplete or sealed in the box of the same product be accepted.
Once the item has been received and checked, another same one will be sent. Due to the characteristics of the items we sell, if it is sold out, the customer will have the possibility to exchange it for another one or to refund their money.
Kmminx.com will not accept the return if any of the conditions mentioned above are breached.
If the customer is not satisfied with your purchase, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and the refund will be only the item, not including shipping costs.
In case of item broken during transport or factory, or with a considerable defect that prevents its use, the return shipping costs will be borne by Kmminx.com, and the refund will be full.
Customized products are your unique creative expressions. Returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than KMMIN error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
